1.1 What is your Shipping Policy?
We will send you an email to let you know when your order has been shipped. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery. All packages are shipped via USPS. There is no tracking number available.
1.2 What are your Shipping Fees?
Orders under $50 shipping cost is $5.95.
Orders of $50 or more shipping is free.
Gift Card only orders shipping is free.
1.3 What is your Return Policy?
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased we will gladly give you a full refund or exchange with certain exceptions. You may return an item within 30-days of the purchase with the original receipt. Returns must be sent at your cost. We recommend that you verify that the package has sufficient postage and insure your package for the purchase price, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Upon receipt of your return, a refund in the amount of the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased in-store may not be returned by mail.
Return Exceptions: Apparel, headwear and sunglasses should be returned unworn and with tags attached. Any items that have been worn or appear with dirt, makeup or are marred in anyway are unacceptable for return or exchange.
1.4 Where is my order?
You will receive email updates about your order status at the address you provided during checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. All packages are shipped via USPS. There is no tracking number available. 1.5 When will I be charged for my order?
Your debit or credit card will be charged just after you place your order. You will receive an Order Paid notification email confirming your payment has been processed.
1.6 Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible. Once we have sent you your Shipment Notification email we are unable to change or cancel your order. Before you receive this email if you need to change or cancel your order please contact us by calling 928-282-8004. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Policy.
1.7 Can I exchange my apparel for a different size?
We cannot process exchanges by mail, but you can return the item by following our Return Policy and place a new order for the correct size online.
1.8 How do I redeem my discount code?
You may enter your discount code in the space provided during checkout. Only one discount code is accepted per order. Please note promotional discounts do not apply toward the purchase of Pink Jeep Tours Gift Cards.
1.9 Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged on items shipped to states and municipalities where Christopher & Banks, Inc. has a physical presence. Use our Store Locator to find the stores nearest you.
1.10 Does my Pink Jeep Tours Gift Card have an expiration date?
Pink Jeep Tours Gift Cards make the perfect present, and for your convenience they do not expire. They may be used at any of our locations or for Pink Jeep Tours merchandise (where available at our stores). It is not redeemable for cash. Pink Jeep Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
